I previously graduated with a European Bachelor's degree with First Class Honours from the University of Brighton (UK) in partnership with the International Hospitality School - Ecole de Savignac in the Dordogne & the Centro Superior de Hosteleria de Galicia in Santiago de Compostela where I spent a year in each institution interspersed with internships.
