I am assistant professor of marketing at Waseda University, School of Commerce.
My primary scholarly interests concern new product development, customer satisfaction, and research methodology using structural equation modeling and meta-analysis.
My recent papers have appeared in Journal of Marketing and Distribution and Shouhisya Kodo Kenkyu.
