Mr. Altukhov has over 16 years of Internet development and project management experience. In 1995, he became Russias first web designer and has been actively involved in a number of Internet ventures. As the CEO and CIO Mr. Altukhov has managed a number of projects for leading industrial and telecommunications companies. He holds both an MSc (Hons) from a leading college and an MBA from Kingston University in London, England.
