David Moner (M. Sc. in Computer Science) is a semantic interoperability and eHealth standards consultant in VeraTech for Health.
He has been involved in the research, implementation and deployment of solutions for the integration, normalization and semantic interoperability of the Electronic Health Record. His experience covers the analysis, design, implementation and deployment in real hospital settings of semantically interoperable health information systems using standards such as ISO 13606, HL7 v2.x, HL7 CDA, openEHR, CDISC ODM or SNOMED CT. He is Certified Specialist in HL7 CDA, HL7 v2.6 and HL7 RIM, and Certified Implementator of SNOMED CT.
