Let's update this Bio.... Live in Bedford Co. with my beautiful wife.. Shelley. I have a 11 year old son.. Connor who means everything to me and is smarter by far than I was at his age. We have two dogs, Black Lab (Jake) and Yellow Lab (Duke). I am currently in school for my Masters degree and employed by Carilion Medical Center as Regional Outreach Coordinator for Trauma Services. I spend all my "ample" extra time (kidding) chillin at home, going to Smith Mountain Lake and hanging with family and friends. Backyard BBQ's and watching movies are among my favorite things. I purchased P90X months ago.. and still building up the courage to start it!!
