Known to many as video personality "Holly Pinafore," Danielle Travali is a writer, editor, video producer, entrepreneur, food & wine enthusiast and fashionista who teaches writing to high school and college students at Manhattanville College and Fordham University. She is a certified food coach who studied mindful eating and food psychology via Marc David, founder and president of the Institute for the Psychology of Eating.
