I act as the senior ITS representative in the East Region and take full responsibility for the end user experience on all IT related matters. I am also responsible to draw together the necessary resources to understand and solve IT related issues, considering the impact of all IT activities on the business. I am accountable for the full range of IT customer support throughout the East including the management of the entire computer laptop fleet, printers, end user support and IT staff with our Regional Technology Operations Director.
