About
After graduation from Redbank Valley High School, I attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania where I graduated in January 1970 with a B.A. in Criminology and a Commission as a U.S. Army 2nd Lieutenant. I completed both Airborne Training and the U.S Army Ranger School and was assigned to the 82nd Airborne Division for two years in 1-320th Field Artillery. I branch transferred to the military police and was selected for a special program where I became a Special Agent with the U.S. Army Criminal Investigation Division for 3 years. After 5 years, I got out of the military and started teaching criminal justice in a community college. I completed a master's degree in criminal justice admin
