Safety of mining is mostly demands community issue. Or even construction safety needs to be look for more public safety. I am wondering if ZERO incident policy could have been required. Safety and Security of a mining worker is an important issue which could be affected by locals. The community relation is therefor important which also has direct influence on company environmental statement.
