Langlois is District Executive serving the Boy Scouts of America, charged with increasing the membership of the program; identifying key leaders inside and outside the program to enhance the scouting movement in the Northeast Iowa region; and finally to raise the needed monies to support the training of our volunteers, provide quality programs to our youth, and ensure the successful operation of our camping facilities and properties.
