I assist Medicare clients with selecting an appropriate Medicare Advantage (Part C), Medicare Supplement (or MediGap) and Part D prescription drug plans to supplement their existing or future Original Medicare. I help clients apply by phone, and I track their applications through the vendors' application portals, and help with the post-sales process.
A big part of my job occurs before a product is discussed; educating clients about Medicare and showing how Medicare applies to their personal situation. This can be challenging to do solely over the phone, but I average about 1-2 advantage policies per day before AEP.
