Responsibilities performed / performing:
1988 - 1996 Head of the Department(HOD), Department of
Pharmacology, NGSM Institute of Pharmaceutical
Sciences, Deralakatte, Mangalore, Mangalore University,
Karnataka, India.
As HOD, I was responsible for planning, establishing, and
developing the department from zero level.
1990 - 1996 Staff Advisor, NGSM Institute of Pharm. Sciences,

As staff advisor, I was responsible for mentoring, advising,
and counseling the students, both undergraduates &
postgraduates, for their betterment in academic and extra-
curricular activities, development of human resources in
students, responsible for maintenance of discipline among
the students in the campus, arrangement of Guest lectures,
invited lectures, and conducting various competitions, tests
among the students. Lead the college students team for
various inter-collegiate competitions and won several
laurels for the college.
