A fitness professional since 1985, David has taught people of all ages and levels a safe sensible approach to exercise. His early childhood experiences in recreation, fitness, and sports led him to formally study teaching methods of individual, dual and team sports. With a commitment to lifetime fitness David practices what he teaches: daily focused activity and a balanced nutritional plan.
