I was born in Price, Utah. When I was 2, my dad was hired by the Bureau of Indian Affairs, and so my life with the Native American reservations began. I lived in Dulce, NM, Ramah NM a short time in Albuquerque and a short time in Browning MT. in Dec 1975, we moved to Brigham City, UT where my dad transferred to the Indian school there. I attended Box Elder High school until my Senior year where I transferred to Bear River, because we had moved to Tremonton, UT. I graduated from BRHS in 1980.
Nov 1981 I went on a mission to Bahia Blanca, Argentina and returned from there in May 1983. I started attending USU in 1984. I got married to Kristine Wiser, of Lewiston, UT in 1985 and 1986,
