Well let's see I get punched, kicked and choked for fun. My wife does most of it with me so that's kept us happily married for over 13 years now. I was promoted to Purple belt in BJJ July 13, 2011. Very proud day for me and a surprise! I'm a Second Degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do and I've studied Muay Thai and various other martial arts since the early 90's. It's a lot of fun and keeps me young! I'm a professional nerd, it pays the bills.
