Started as employee 25 at Lyft, helping the company build its playbook for market launches across the US (Lyft is now valued at $5.5B+ with over 1,500 employees and operates in 150+ cities). In May 2015, Lyft's COO asked that I build and lead Lyft's first internal strategy team with the charter to identify and execute new business opportunities that help Lyft scale. This team has launched key programs for Lyft, including: 1) Lyft's partnership with General Motors and Hertz that enables drivers across the US to rent vehicles, 2) Lyft's first high end ride service, Lyft Premier, 3) Lyft's operational plan for autonomous vehicles management.
