I am passionate about my health, fitness (have become a bit of a gym junkie ...lol) I am now living to "The Six Essentials" feeling so so good! Have started yoga as they now do it at the gym, so I am now going to get younger :-). Love getting into my little 2 seater plane and going flying, love the freedom it presents Wow!! - I get to go Paddle Boarding - Thanks to my darling wife - love you lots xoxo
