I pride myself as being a strong voice in the office and a strong voice in the community. I bring big, bold ideas to the workplace to shift the paradigm. In addition, I help lead the execution of those big ideas from creation to implementation. I am not afraid to tackle new projects and I work very well in the team based environment. I feel like the best leaders are the best listeners. Being able to work with different personalities and incorporating their opinions into a project in the fast paced environment is a strength.
