We work with the most disadvantaged communities where high percentage of children live in poverty, in neighborhoods with the highest levels of health disparities including the highest rates of hospitalization for asthma, teen birth rates, and hospitalization for assaults among youth; where schools have Free and Reduced Priced Lunch rates of 75% or higher; where students score far below academic tests and have high rates of school suspension, drop-outs and truancy.
