Deborah Dutton Duke is a leader in the development of parish nursing and congregational health ministries. She led the Congregational Health Program at Baptist Health System and moved with the program to its current location in the Ida V. Moffett School of Nursing (IVMSON), Samford University where she is currently the Program Director.
