I hate mini-biographies. I'm studying to teach science and social studies to middle-school-age kids after 15 years as an attorney. I enjoy having a life outside of work. I feel refreshed by every choir rehearsal. I love working in my garden; if it doesn't bloom or produce food, why bother planting it? I like working with my dog Blake to help make him into a socially acceptable pet instead of the neurotic, semi-wild thing we adopted as a rescue. I like spending time with my sons Chris and Pete, including being active with their scouts and sports.
