• Have good knowledge of Due Diligence and Telecom system transformation. • Have experience to drive delivery assurance along with delivery teams • Have sound knowledge of business process modeling/designing using various process modeling tools like ARIS 7.1, VISIO 2010. • Good Knowledge on ITIL V3 and Six Sigma. • Have good experience to ensure compliance of engagements with Industry standards throughout the project tenure. • Have sound knowledge on process designing using BPMN standards. • Have sound knowledge in identifying risks, conducting causal analysis and planning mitigation. • Sound Knowledge in FSD and BRD documentation and analysis.
