Dr Deepraj Bhandarkar is an expert in the field of Minimal Access (keyhole) Surgery and a pioneer in Single Incision Laparoscopic Surgery, with over 24 years of experience in the field. He has to his credit over eighty publications, five published abstracts and 18 book chapters / invited contributions. As a sought after speaker and passionate teacher he participates in conferences and workshops around the country. He has authored a book titled 鈥淎 Primer of Laparoscopic Surgery鈥�. He is the Editor of Journal of Minimal Access Surgery and the Faculty Director for laparoscopic general surgery at the Center of Excellence of Minimal Access Surgery Training (CEMAST).
