I show them the real reasons that are causing their problems and how to solve them. I teach them not only to lose weight, but also how to successfully maintain that loss for life by empowering their own decision making ability using awareness, understanding, accurate information and immense love and support. In many cases, I have succeeded where everything else has failed including slimming clubs, fad diets, hypotherapy and acupuncture. Ultimately, I help these women defeat diets once and for all and lose weight forever.
