I completed my undergraduate studies in Management at the University of Grenoble (Business Administration Institute, Master obtained with honors) and received my PhD in Entrepreneurship from the University of Western Brittany in 2009. Based on a multi-case studies, my doctoral work contributed to the nascent literature on succession, providing a better understanding of the post-succession process in non-family businesses. From 2003 to 2008, I was a fellow of the Business Administration Institute of Toulon in Management and Entrepreneurship.
