- Provide solutions for international enterprise customers in order to solve cases that beyond customer support capability. This includes: On-site and remote research for immediate response, Triage and prioritization within the R&D group, Management of knowledge transfer, Lead patch process and distribution. - Develop product capabilities to enhance the supportability of the product. - Participate in the pre-sale process and design testing and production deployments. - Build and carry out a training program on the product to developers internally and to customers.
