I live in Austin but I am a child of the world. I love other countries and people. I especially enjoy involvement in causes that empower women and girls. I was the first woman awarded the gold medal 鈥淐aleb Award鈥� by Australian businessman Peter J. Daniels for my work in helping to empower women in developing countries. The Caleb Award has been given to people throughout the world for achievement. Recipients of the "Caleb Award" have included Nelson Mandela, Archbishop Desmond Tutu, Dr. Robert Schuller from the Crystal Cathedral and Dr. Norman Vincent Peale.
