3. One of the personal
experiences
I've had and have shaped my
life and helped me recognize
my strengths and weaknesses,
when I was part of a spiritual
retreat.
4. I learned many wonderful things that helped me and still
helping me to improve a better person.
This retreat was given in Sangolqu鱈 Quito, in a nunnery.
Spiritual retreat lasted four days.
This retreat we attended about 80 people. These retreats are
always involved the last years of high school, as I was last
year of college, I participated in this.
5. The day before reaching the nunnery. I was very excited because it was the
first time I was going to participate. Besides the joy of having a recognize
closer to God.
when we arrived we were told that since the convent, we got off the bus, and
decided to enter, and we all left our bags at reception.
Well a few moments, the rector of the convent, gave us a warm welcome that
shocked me.
I then went to breakfast, the room met my share
6. After the break we had. Attended a Mass , the
most striking aspect of this Mass was the
advice I received and even more I put it into
practice in my daily life .
After Mass all went to a room, this was such a
great harmony , I breathed tranquility and
serenity. this room was special to reconcile
with yourself.
7. To begin this retreat , it was
important to have a Bible ,
which we could reflect, in
addition as I had already
studied and had more
knowledge about the life of
Jesus, I found it difficult to
use the Bible.
8. The most beautiful of this
retreat was when I learned to
know more to me .
one of the most exciting
memories was when we did a
drawing reflecting all the flaws
and virtues of us , and then
we have burned that picture
9. Good the next day we had to share
our experience of the first day in the
convent. I told them that is unique to
be here , to feel that peace in the
company of my friends, also how
much I missed my parents .
10. And in the afternoon I received
a letter from my parents who
sent it .
This letter made me feel very
happy, because in that letter
reflected through letters all the
love they feel towards me.
11. When I finish this retreat , I
learned to appreciate
everything around me , is a
wonderful feel good to give
love and receive love.
12. Arriving at school our parents
were waiting with mariachis ,
flowers everything was very
beautiful, and even more with
our parents found after four
days . Then all danced and
had fun
