This is why I believe in Product Development as a discipline and way of thinking as opposed to a mere role.
My approach when crafting digital products is largely informed by the following industry practices which put users, feedback and constant improvement at the fore front:
- Design thinking
- Design sprints
- Rapid Prototyping using tools such as Invision, Adobe Expereince XD, Adobe Illustrator, Principle and Framer
- Use of Empathy maps and User Stories for persona creation.
