Mathematics and Physics Department Head, came to Rosemont College after forty years in the computer and telecommunications industries. Dennis holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in Mathematics, with minors in Computer Science, from the University of Kentucky. During his career in industry, he held various positions in management of software development and marketing organizations, including Vice-President, Operations of the former Contel Data Services Corporation. Professor Perkinson holds two patents for software associated with the SS7 signaling network.
