ENCOURAGEMENT: We agree to celebrate the success within our school community, encourage each other without bias, and show courtesy to one another as professionals. COOPERATION: We agree to be flexible and share responsibility when interacting with one another in a professional manner. FAIRNESS: We agree to follow the Golden Rule, recognizing that it takes all of us in our individual roles to help Rossview Middle reach its fullest potential. OPENNESS: We agree to practice two-way professional communication to foster a community of transparency, honesty, and constructive goal-oriented conversation. We will assume positive intentions.
