Currently I head the BA in Design Management at the University of Applied Science (HSLU) in Lucerne, Switzerland, where I also lead a further education program in design management and participate in design management related research activities.
Furthermore I am a consultant, supporting organizations to improve effective use of design. Together with the HSLU, I developed the Customer Centricity Score (CCScore), a method to measure customer centricity in organizations. More information on www.janerikbaars.com
