Lead all aspects of development of a Wetland Program for the state of Utah. Present work focuses on:
? Developing, testing, and implementing validated field methods for assessing wetland condition
? Creating landscape models of wetland threats in ArcGIS
? Managing data, analyzing data, and producing reports
? Pursuing funding opportunities and directing program growth
? Managing field and office work from interns and other staff
