I am a CRAZY Tampa Bay Rays fan, a former hairdresser and Paul Mitchell national educator, proud aunt and cat lover. I am also a college English and reading professor with degrees from USF and FSU.
I was a hairdresser for 31 years...probably the only one around with a bunch of college degrees.... and can quote Shakespeare while I cut hair!! I taught English and reading at college level in Tallahassee for 8 years. Then, I got back into the hair biz to become a national educator for John Paul Mitchell Systems. Now, that I have been back in Tampa Bay, I have finally found my home--again. I am employed in the education field now.
