As a Regional IT Manager (RITM), my role entails maintaining a close relationship with all Emirates Group business units in the assigned region, proactively understand their business and define jointly with them their IT requirements. Identify, implement and monitor IT initiatives driven by Business and/or IT to satisfy those needs. The role is also accountable for delivery of IT solutions such that they meet customer's needs and are within agreed cost and time, ensuring customer satisfaction.
