I am a young Egyptian HR professional having more than seven years of progressive experience in challenging environments. I believe that the success of every organization is derived from the level of engagement and happiness of its own employees. The more you invest in your employees, the more you'll profit in return. I have worked in career levels starting from a front-liner and reached a level very close to decision-makers. This progression made me able to understand the different levels of employees or customer engagements and needs required to base any task or assignment on.
