I work with entrepreneurs translating ideas into new products and services. I have more than 18 years of work experience, 10 years of which is in the Pharmaceutical/Biotech sector. My competencies are in strategy formulation and implementation, technology management, product development, leadership development, stakeholder engagement and fundraising. I am also passionate about inspiring others to reach their full potential hence I speak, coach, blog and facilitate workshops on leadership. Music and exercising are the fuel to my soul, hence I am known as djmazoza.
