The FRG meeting for HHC 14th MP BDE was held on 25 October 2011 to discuss upcoming fundraiser and Christmas party plans. A pulled pork/chicken fundraiser was scheduled for 4 November to raise funds. The Christmas party was planned for 19 December from 1800-UTC at the Stonegate Community Center. Food, decorations, and gifts were arranged for the party.

- 1. The FRG meeting for HHC 14th MP BDE was held 25 October 2011 at 1800 in Room 10 at Maglin Hall. The meeting was chaired by SGT Dressig, Lillian, FRL. Mrs. Jenna Miller recorded the minutes. 1. Agenda The meeting agenda was as follows: I. Upcoming Fundraiser II. Christmas Party Plans VII. Closing Remarks 2. We will be having pulled pork/ pulled chicken fundraiser on 4 November from 1130- 1330 at Bldg 3209(Forensic Building over by USAMPS) SFC Miller and SGT Dressig are the POCs for this event. We have asked sections to donate chips, drinks and little Debbie cakes to cut our cost down. Angie Craig and SGT Dressig have already picked up the meats and bread for this fundraiser. BDE S-4 will supply us with the tables. 3. Christmas Party Date 19 December 2011 Time 1800-UTC Place Stonegate Community Center Mrs. Miller will provide the Tree Mrs. Miller will provide the lights SFC Miller will be providing the PA system We will use FRG funds to get table clothes from the dollar store Food for the Party: we are getting Pizza from GWs Pizza and wings from Buffalo Wild Wings. We will be asking sections to bring side drinks and desserts. Gifts for kids parents bring a $5-$10 wrapped gift with your childs name on it. FRG will have a few extra gifts just in case someone forgets. Door Prizes we are looking at doing small prizes see if we can get some donations. We will also be putting out more information about the day of the party and what we need for helping to decorate.
