I've more than ten years experience gained in the private sector and in international development. During five years, I held positions in private insurance companies at home in Ivory Coast. During those years I worked in results oriented area, as it is the main approach of the private sector. In 2009, I started an international experience as a grantee of the ILO's microinsurance facility fellowship program, with financial support of Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. During my fellowship I worked in several countries, namely Comoros, Guinea, Benin.
