My research project concerns the study of new career perspectives, considering the effects that the economic crisis has led to the psychological mechanisms of career building. In particular, I decided to focus on the psychological mechanisms who may determine the career development of the N.E.E.T.s (Not in Education, Employment or Training) involved in to the political initiatives, included in the programme "Garanzia Giovani" (Youth Guarantee), in Apulia.
