My current activity, within the research centre Boostzone Institute, and as an adviser to senior executives, consists in assisting corporations to prepare for the challenges related to the changes in society, technology and economy. Fostering innovation and higher productivity via a better management of human capital is the dominant axis of my work. Fundamentally it involves helping managers to "augment" themselves and to augment their teams. Currently the issues are particularly focused around the impact of digital technologies and of collaboration on the very nature of management and what it is to be a manager or a leader.
