My current interests include predictive modeling as it relates to clinical decision support (CDS) systems and decision rule development, the use of natural language processing to pull clinically important information from electronic medical records, and the thermodynamic characterization of proteins for structure-based design using statistical, geometric, and biophysical techniques.
