I am a legally blind red seal chef, who because of her disability can no long work in a hotel or restaurant setting, but can still bake, cook, create menus and help people with basic nutrition. When I finally came to grips with the fact that I could no longer work in the industry I love I decided to try my hand a starting my own business and ended up starting two.
