I grew up on a farm in Glen Elder, Kansas and received a BS degree from Kansas State University. I was in the Navy for five years. After I left the service, I began a long career in internal auditing and retired in 2005.

Most Thursday's I work with Wounded Warriors at the Brooke Army Medical Center (BAMC). My work involves transporting Wounded Warriors and their families from their living quarters to the hospital.
