Donald Brewster joined PennyMac in December of 2008 and currently serves as Deputy General Counsel. Mr. Brewster came to PennyMac from Origen Financial, Inc. in Southfield, MI, where he served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel. Mr. Brewster has worked in the housing finance industry exclusively over the past twenty years in the legal departments of KB Home Mortgage, Freddie Mac, Conseco Finance, GMAC/RFC and Countrywide Home Loans, where he concentrated on the regulatory aspects of consumer financial services and State and Federal Legislative and Administrative Agency relations.
