I research the product and everything around it, with a focus on potential problems that could impact value. I will try to break illusions that everything is ok, so I will study technology used, analyze every feature, experiment with it in order to find possible faults with code, design or any other aspect of a product. I learn while exploring a product, making observations and reflections, mapping known and unknown paths, taking notes, creating mind maps so I could tell a story to any of interesting parties in the project. I communicate with people: with developers about their development process, with users to understand what problems do they try to solve and how will they interact with it
