Bob has delivered highly effective executive education seminars in over 20 countries on trust, leadership, teams, emotional intelligence, and organizational change. He has taught for Fordham, Duke and Columbia Universities. His book The Decision to Trust has received two national books awards and his research has been translated and cited around the world. He has received numerous teaching awards for teaching MBA's and Executives. Prior to joining academe he had a successful career as an executive.
