I am a physical therapist who expanded to teaching in a PTA program in 1994. In 2002 the program closed and I moved to teaching Science courses. I also started and completed my PhD in Instructional Design for Online Learning with a dissertation in: Instructional strategies in a course management system.
I am a tenured professor at my primary position. I am also on as many technology committees that are involved in distance/online learning and I am trying to teach others about academic technology and why I am NOT an IT person. That is my professional goal right now- to educate others and use my knowledge.
