i did my graduation from M.D. Uni. Rohtak, Haryana and subsequently joined Delhi Police. During my service i did M.A. Pol. Science and Englils, M.Phil in English and Ph.D (English) from Singhania University, Rajasthan. I have written many articles in national and international magazine. I have attended so many national and international seminars. I have three books in my credit. I have participated in 42nd All India Police Science Congress held at Gangtok, sikkim, from 15-17 Feb-2012.
