Dr. Varshney received his PhD in 2009 from the University of Lucknow. His research focus was 鈥楥o-operative Movement in Central Uttar Pradesh鈥�. He received his MBA with marketing focus from Purvanchal University, Jaunpur, Uttar Pradesh, India in 1995. He completed his graduation in science (Bachelor of Science with Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry) from University of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India in 1991. During school and college days, he was very active in sports, craft, scout & guide, arts and study. He got number of scholarships from 6th standard to 12th standard.
